I’ve only been using it a week and so far so good. I don’t smell like I do with other natural deodorants.
As I navigate peri-menopause, one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced has been the biological changes that left me smelling less than fresh after a long day — especially following late-night rehearsals or performances. As a professional opera singer in NYC, I used to carry multiple natural deodorants in my bag, trying to mask the hormonal funkiness that came with this stage of life.
When I received my first deodorant balm from AKT, I decided to test it overnight. Normally, I would wake up sweaty and smelling off after battling night sweats, and my partner would tease me about it in the morning. But after using AKT, I woke up dry and smelling good. That gave me the confidence to try it during a performance.
After a two-hour opera performance — followed by an evening of hugging attendees while wearing a sweat-soaked costume — I realized something amazing: not a single moment of funk, no embarrassment, and no fear of being close to people. AKT kept me dry, fresh, and confident.

I’ve used a couple natural deodorant that don’t seem to work too well I have only been using this a week and I have to admit I haven’t done any crazy workouts but so far I’ve used it every day and I am smelling just as fresh at the end of the day, I really like the first scent I used, which is orange And it was very pleasing.
