Terms & Conditions – AKT AWARDS (the “Award”)

a) AWARD NOMINATIONS ARE BASED ON ALL SALES DATA BETWEEN 28/5/2020 AND 17/2/2023 AND/OR ENGAGEMENT ON SOCIAL MEDIA. A PURCHASE AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THIS YEAR [2023] BUT WILL COUNT TOWARDS FUTURE AKT AWARDS. By consenting to participate in the Awards, you (i) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter (as defined below), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Awards.

b) Akt London (registered company no. 11211232) whose registered office is at Prospect House, 50 Leigh Road, Eastleigh SO50 9DT (“the Promoter”) is the organiser of the AKT AWARDS.

c) Winners must follow all the online instructions for the Awards to be eligible to receive their prize. To be eligible winners must consent to have their name and data in relation to the category award used for promotional purposes as well as producing user content incorporating a small acceptance speech (as agreed per email) to be used and promoted as part of the Awards Ceremony.

d) One (1) entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Entries will be accepted from 28 May 2022 until 17 February 2023. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.

e) The prizes for winning the awards are

  • One hundred (100) trees planted in AKT's digital forest via Ecologi. The planting, carried out by Ecologi's carefully chosen partners, such as Eden Reforestation Projects, helps to support socio-economic growth for communities by employing local workers. For more information, click here.
  • Six (6) bottles of wine from REWILD (each bottle plants 1 tree)
  • Three (3) plant-based recipe meal boxes from GRUBBY
  • One (1) moisturising facial balm starter set (£36) from SBTRCT
  • One (1) The Lantern Candle (£35) from AKT

    The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

f) Prize will be allocated as follows:

  • THE STAGE DOOR AWARD: Rewarded to the customer who has, as per the Promoter's discretion, been the biggest fan on social media.
  • THE CREATOR AWARD: Rewarded to the customer who has, as per the Promoter's discretion, posted the best social content featuring AKT.
  • THE CRITIC AWARD: Rewarded to the customer who has, as per the Promoter's discretion, written the best review following a purchase at
  • THE ENCORE AWARD: Rewarded to the customer who has upheld the longest active subscription via
  • THE STANDING OVATION: Rewarded to the customer who has spent the most amount of money at

    Any personal tax obligation that arises as a result of the granting of the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Promoter will not be liable in respect of any such tax obligation. Entries which are defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, abusive, threatening or offensive in any way shall be excluded from the Competition. The Promoter’s decision is final.

g) The Awards is open to entrants aged 18+ who are residents of the UK.

h) Winners will be contacted via email on 17/02/2023. If a winner fails to respond by the deadline notified in the message, another winner with a valid entry will be selected from the pool of entrants. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect or miss-spelt contact information submitted by an entrant. No liability is accepted for entries that cannot be counted for any technical reason.

i) Employees or agents of the Promoter, or their family members may not enter the Awards.

j) The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Awards with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control. The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding. The Awards will be governed by the law of England and Wales.

k) The Promoter is not responsible if the Awards cannot take place or if the Prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of war (declared or undeclared), natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, riot or civil disturbance, satellite or equipment failure, federal state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Promoter’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).

l) Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Promoter is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Awards or receipt or use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

m) Behaviour which is intended to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Awards, or which is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, may result in disqualification from the Awards, and Promoter reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person engaging in such behaviour to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from the Awards any person it believes has intentionally violated these Terms and Conditions; and (ii) cancel, suspend and/or modify the Awards without any liability if any fraud, virus or other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the administration, functioning or proper play of the Awards, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion, and withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction unilaterally impairs its ability to conduct the Awards), and to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.

p) The Awards and these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the Awards and these Terms and Conditions.
